How to initiate a return or exchange:

A return form is included with every order. Please complete the form, place it inside the package, and send it to us.

Returns & Exchanges (Domestic Orders within Ukraine)

According to Article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights," customers have the right to exchange or return an item within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

• The product maintains its original merchantable appearance;

• There are no signs of wear or use;

• The security seal, size tags, and labels are intact;

• The product is returned in its original packaging;

• If the item was purchased as part of a set, the complete set must be returned.

Shipping Costs: All costs associated with the return or exchange of non-defective goods (return shipping) are covered by the buyer.

Refunds: Once the returned item is inspected and verified to meet the return conditions, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. The actual time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank's internal regulations.

Exchanges: Replacement items are shipped only after we receive and process your return

Returns & Exchanges (International Orders)

For returns from outside Ukraine:

• International return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties/taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the date the package was delivered to the destination country.

• After shipping, you must provide the tracking number to our manager.

• Please note that international shipping back to Ukraine may take 1 to 4 weeks, depending on the postal service.
  

*In the event of an order modification or cancellation after it has been shipped, the customer shall compensate all costs for return shipping and, if necessary, re-delivery.

According to Ukrainian legislation, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

• Tights, socks, and stockings;

• Headwear;

• Gloves;

• Swimwear;

• Underwear (briefs, bras, tops, leggings, biker shorts, bodysuits);

• Custom-made or personalized orders.
