Payment and delivery

Shipping within Ukraine:

Shipping by "Nova Poshta":

Dispatch within 1-3 working days.
Free delivery.

Courier shipping:

Option for courier shipping within Kyiv.
Courier shipping by "Nova Poshta" is at the buyer's expense.

International shipping:

Shipping worldwide by
Nova Poshta Global service:

Duration: 5-7 business days.
Available for Moldova, Poland, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Romania, and Germany.

International shipping by DHL:

Duration: 7-14 business days.
Priority is given to countries covered by DHL service.

Shipping cost:

The shipping cost is calculated individually for each country and is indicated on the website during the order checkout (excluding customs clearance in the recipient country).

Important! We do not deliver to countries considered terrorist, such as russia and belarus.

Payment methods

You can pay for your order using one of the available methods:

payment in the store, cash or through a terminal.

Please note that we do not ship orders with cash on delivery. Orders are shipped at our expense only upon full online payment.

Return & Exchange

Product returns can be made within 14 calendar days in accordance with Ukrainian legislation, provided that the product remains in its original condition, shows no signs of use, and the protective system (seals), as well as tags and labels, are intact. The product must be returned with all original packaging. If the product was purchased as part of a set, it must be returned in full.

All expenses associated with returning/exchanging goods of proper quality are covered by the buyer (return shipping).
