Not sure where to start?
In these challenging times, our team feels a particularly strong need for support. It was this very feeling that gave life to the SAFE SPACE by the COAT project in January 2026 – a series of open morning meetings that appeared as a natural extension of what we do at the COAT every day: creating an environment where women can be their true selves.
Over the course of a series of free meetings at the COAT boutique, more than 100 women took part, whilst seven speakers with diverse backgrounds and expertise – psychologists, nutritionists, stylists and project founders – explored the theme of how to support oneself in difficult times.
Nadiya Khrushch, a psychologist, spoke about inner light and how to preserve it even during difficult periods
Alona Piddubna, a nutritionist, shared practices for caring for the body through food when feeling tired and apathetic
Kristina Mulyar addressed the topic of well-being and inner balance in today’s reality
Viktoria Zhir demonstrated how clothing can be a source of support rather than an additional burden
Anya Goncharova spoke about inner resilience, self-awareness and living through sensation
Anna Gruba, a clinical psychologist, provided tools for psychological
self-help during difficult times
Nina Bezega raised the topic of balance between roles, workload and self-care
For the COAT, SAFE SPACE has become a format that perfectly suits a time when support and substance matter, an environment for dialogue, support and meaningful conversations.
