Handled by Nova Poshta.
Dispatch time — within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Returns
You can return the item in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection", Articles 8–10.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Courier delivery in Kyiv
Courier delivery within Kyiv is available.
Delivery takes place Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 19:00.
Time is arranged in advance with a manager.

International delivery
Shipping outside Ukraine is available via:

Delivery time: 5–7 business days.
Not available for the Czech Republic and Germany.

Delivery time: 7–14 business days.
Available for countries where DHL operates.

International shipping cost is calculated individually at checkout.
Custom duties are not included — the recipient is responsible for payment.
