Position: Sales Manager
Location: Kyiv (Klovska metro station)
Format: Full-time, offline
Schedule: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
the COAT is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team — someone who is passionate about fashion, understands the art of communication, and is ready to deliver an exceptional customer experience. If you love guiding people, enjoy meaningful conversations, and resonate with the aesthetics and values of the brand — this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers via social media and messengers
• Promptly process orders received through the website
• Manage and update the website through the admin panel
• Provide full customer support: from initial inquiry to delivery
• Deliver personalized consultations that emphasize not only product benefits but also the brand’s values
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in sales (fashion retail / e-commerce)
• English proficiency at B2 level (confident written and spoken communication)
• Passion for the fashion industry and desire to grow in this field
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle non-standard situations with ease
